survival trade goods

following is a list of barter items:



HOUSE HOLD ITEMS:



sewing needles and thread

scissors

batteries

flashlights

plastic sip lock bags

bic lighters

candles

back packs

small mirrors

sharpening stones

pocket knives

small tarps

canvas

duct tape

reading glasses

camping supplies

shock it powder form (use like bleach)

water filters

hand crank can openers or P38s

bar soap

disposable razors

small binoculars



Food:

buy spices in bulk transfer them to small packs

pepper

salt

sugar

molasses

flour

corn meal and massa

rice (non bleached)

beans (any dried beans)

powdered milk

powdered eggs

powdered butter flavoring

cocoa (cocoa can be turned into chocolate)

energy bars

protean powder

virgin olive oil (all you can afford and store)

oat meal

grits

coffee (if you are in a hide out or evasion situation do not make coffee)

pre sweetened drink powder

hot sauce

dried food

dried fruit

peanut butter

hi-calorie diet supplements



MEDS:

Antiseptic cream

antibiotics

diarea meds

constipation meds

iodine

hand sanitizer in small bottles

aspirin and substitutes

(do not dispense prescription drugs)



TOOLS:

Hunting knives (deep curve are best, can be easily used for dressing game)

pocket knives

military trenching tools (good ones)

small hatchets

axes

sharpening files

rope (1/4 in and up)

sip ties

steal wire

gun oil

other lubricants

shoe leather or leather scraps

military style boots or hiking boots

nilon rope

lamp oil and wicks

naptha and kerocene



PROTECTION:



I don't recommend trading in guns and ammo as I believe it will draw attention from the thieves on both sides. that said there are many other items I am sure I left out.

SPECIAL NOTE: Remember that under marshall law bartering will most probably be concidered blacketeering and will most likely be punishable by imprisonment or exicution.
